By: Dwarka Parichay As you know that after a great battle, the draw of lots of Group Housing Societies has started taking place. But still we have to go a long way till all the societied are cleared. After the notification which came on 31st July, 2008, the Screeing Committee has cleared only 12 societes till date, whose draw have been conducted by the DDA. These societies are as under:- 1. MANAGEMENT ALUMNI CGHS LTD. , SECTOR 5, DWARKA There had been no meeting of Screening Committee for last 2 months and a number of societies (mainly Viswas CGHS, Nav Nirman CGHS, Bharat Petroleum, Saral etc etc) are waiting for the approval/clearance. The committee took four months to clear these 12 societies and you can well imagine that how long time it will take to clear all the societies.( around 15000 families of 110 societies are waiting for draw of lots) To expedite the process, a delegation of different societies, met the Chief Minister on 14th January, 2009.. She has assured that the process of clearance of societies will be expedited. She also spoke to the Chairman of the Committee and requested him to do the needful.
