Jan. 14, 2009 - PRLog -- Salt Creek Grille – one of Orange County’s most inventive restaurants – will offer customers free Brandt Beef and brisket sliders during happy hour in honor of the Jan. 20 Presidential Inauguration.

The restaurant will host “All-American Presidential Inauguration Tuesday,” combining delectable Americana fare, special-priced appetizers and draft beers in an exciting and “patriotic” atmosphere.

In the bar adorned in red, white and blue, servers will pass out free Brandt beef and barbecue-brisket sliders twice during happy hour. Along with Salt Creek Grille’s popular appetizers, Chef Scott Robbe will also dish up $8 “All-American Nachos” served on a hot skillet with French fries; chili; melted mozzarella and sharp cheddar cheeses; sour cream; and jalapenos. Customers craving comfort food can opt for Robbe’s happy hour $7 Brandt Beef Stew.

In the dining room, the chef is offering an all-inclusive “All-American” Prime Rib dinner for $27.95. The dinner, starring Salt Creek’s “famous” 14-ounce prime rib, includes a choice of the grilled Caesar or house salad along with a made-from-scratch hot apple pie served a la mode.

Salt Creek Grille at 32802 Pacific Coast Highway opens at 5 p.m. Happy hour is until 6:30 p.m.

The restaurant is one of five award-winning eateries that include locations in Rumson and Princeton, N.J; and Valencia and El Segundo, CA.
