Celebrate Your Period With Time & Space. Don't Let Your Period Get You Down: Give Time Space & Grace

Celebrate your period today. Get everyone out of the way. Give yourself some space & grace. Don't feel guilty for needing some time & space. People will understand and if they don't oh well. Give yourself precious time to rest, rejuvenate & recover.

Jan. 10, 2009 - PRLog -- Celebrate your period today. Get everyone out of the way. Give yourself some space and grace. Don't feel guilty for needing some time and space. People will understand and if they don't oh well. Give yourself precious time to rest, rejuvenate, and recover. Otherwise you will deteriorate, explode, exhaust yourself, and bread down as a miserable wreck. Give yourself some space and time to rest. Say period and put your foot down during your period.

Why is it we always feel we have to make excuses for ourselves and feel guilty about not feeling good? Why can't we take a day alone and just be with ourselves without intrusions, people trying to monopolize our time with their agenda, or program for our lives?

I say it's time to get away. Take some time for numero uno once in a while. Get some space for yourself to recooperate, heal, revitalize, restore, replenish, rejuvenate, revive, and recover. Otherwise you are going to burnout and break down. Then the explosion and consequences will be exponentially greater and the damaging effects far more miserable.

Optimal performance body, mind, and spirit requires you to separate yourself; get away periodically; and find peace and serenity. Anybody who refuses to give you this is excessively emotionally needy and potentially toxic to you relationally. Say no without feeling guilty.

Celebrate your period today for no reason at all. If you are a guy, call your own period and take time to cry. Pour out your heart and soul to your Creator. Process your pain, push through you past, and probe into your future so you can properly align yourself with your purpose.

Women are not the only ones who have a period. Guys need a break too! You can't always be Superman. Sometimes Clark Kent needs to kick back and recover.
