Solutions Group Corp Acquires Engineering Company in Guadalajara, Mexico

Jan. 7, 2009 - PRLog -- Santa Barbara, California, USA and Guadalajara Mexico -- Solutions Group Corp. (SOLU.PK) announces the acquisition an Engineering Services Company located in Guadalajara, Mexico.  The engineering team is focused on development of electronics for the semiconductor industry.


In making the announcement, Sean O'Neil (original founding member of SGI) described the acquisition as growth-driven, adding a greater range of capabilities to SGI's offerings for its expanding customer base.
