Dan attends the INGEAR Development Squad training session at Calshot

Jan. 5, 2009 - PRLog -- Dan attended the INGEAR Development Squad training session at Calshot Velodrome near Portsmouth.

The session was coached by Scott Bugden and assisted by Dan Bennett, Alan Denman and Rick Jameson. Skills taught were sprinting skills for the flying sprint, standing start and the 25 rider were timed during the session.

Dan is confident that these training sessions on the track will enable the riders to be able to out sprint other riders in the bunch.
