NORTH MIAMI BEACH, FL – December 29, 2008 – The North Miami Beach community and all future nurses and healthcare professionals are invited to the open house of a new allied health school  on Jan. 15, 2009 – Faith Medical Institute (FMI)

The open house begins at 5;30 pm to 8:30pm  is an opportunity for prospective student to get to know the teachers and staff at FMI where “under our careful tutelage students are guaranteed to succeed,” said Executive Director Margaret DaCosta Dallas. This occasion offered prospective students  the opportunity to assemble and tour the new facility and  get the secrets to the most valued careers.

“Our goal is to ignite passion within students who want a career in the medical and healthcare arena," Dallas said. “We aim to enrich the lives of the traditional and the non-traditional student by providing a unique and rewarding learning environment.”

Faith Medical Institute, LLC dba FMI Career School is licensed by the Commission for Independent Education, Florida Department of Education and currently offers the following programs; NCLEX (RN/LPN) Review, Pre-Nursing Entry Preparation, Patient Care Technician (PCT), Medical Coding and Billing Specialist and Home Health Aide (HHA) with the Certified Nurse Assistant and Practical Nurse (LPN) programs soon to be approval by the Florida Board of Nursing.

All classes are on-site with internship at the appropriate facility, and they are taught by full-time and part-time faculty members as well as adjunct faculty whose combine academic credentials and professional experience supports FMI's philosophy of blending scholastic excellence with career preparation.
