Goldendoodle (go-doods) Litter Make Their Debut On Ustream!

Dec. 28, 2008 - PRLog -- Seven beautiful puppies were born to Zoe, an AKC registered golden retriever. Their daddy is an AKC registered standard poodle. This is Zoe's first litter and she is proving to be a very good mama. The puppies are getting bigger every day and we expect eyes to open very soon. They are yippin and yappin away as mama makes her way in the whelping box for a feeding.

Zoe is the "family member" of Mary and Kelly Egbert of Salt Lake City, Utah. Zoe is treated as one of the family and neither she or the pups are kept in a kennel or cage. The pups are socialized with humans, another family pet, Sierra, and each other. They will be ready to find new homes when they are 8 weeks old. "We are looking for extremely loving homes for these little angels. Pups with have all their necessary shots, will be pre-spoiled and come with lots of love!" Mary stated.

Goldendoodles are a cross between a golden retriever and standard poodle and shed much less than a golden retriever does. They have wonderful dispositions and are perfect family pets. They have fluffy coats and almost look teddy bear like.

The Goldendoodleʼs social and gentle temperament coupled with the intelligence of both parent breeds was not only appealing as a perfect companion and family dog, but also makes it very suitable for service work.

This is the Egbert's first breeding of goldendoodles, but they are not new to the breeding world. They also breed alpacas and have a total of 16 in their herd. The alpaca ranch name is Acres Wild Alpacas. Their knowledge of breeding and their love for animals will make them a success in the "dood" breeding world.
