Easy to use "Drivers Log" application for iPhone released

Driving company car or private car in business purposes now gets a bit easier. The iPhone application "Drivers Log" has an easy to use interface with quick access to all major functions and reports can be created for printing, archiving or mailing.
Dec. 22, 2008 - PRLog -- Now available via Apple AppStore is the application Drivers Log which will help all drivers of company cars or private cars used in business to keep track of trips, mileage, expenses and other important info needed for tax authorities, managers or for themselves.

The applications design goals was not only to implement the needed functionality for a drivers logbook, but also to make the use of the application as simple and quick as possible. This has been accomplished by direct access to most used functions and settings from the main views.

Other important goals was to make the data stored easily available as reports via web browser or via Email. This has been accomplished by the implementation of a web server in the application making it possible to view or save as well as print all reports from the users desktop computer. Email reports can also be sent to any receiver using the iPhone native Email application. Report content can be customized and report format can be either HTML or CSV (Comma Separated Values, for import in spreadsheet applications like Microsoft Excel, OpenOffice Calc or StarOffice Calc).

Application details and purchase information can  be found in Apple AppStore at address, http://itunes.apple.com/WebObjects/MZStore.woa/wa/viewSof...
