Synactive Offers a New Quick Start Program for Timely Implementation of GuiXT Product Suites

Dec. 22, 2008 - PRLog -- Synactive, Inc., leading developer of optimization and productivity solutions for SAP , announced today, a series of implementation packages under their new Quick Start Program (QSP). With this new Service program GuiXT experts can train customers’ SAP teams on the GuiXT technology, develop and implement GuiXT functionality, and transfer the knowledge to customers’ SAP teams, all in record time. In addition, QSP lets the customer choose the amount of onsite consulting and GuiXT script development support that their business requires. This enables customers to develop and implement GuiXT solutions in a very short time. These new offerings complement Synactive’s Product solutions (GuiXT Product Suites) that combine the right set of GuiXT components in order to rapidly deliver an all-in-one business solution. These broad changes were made based on extensive Voice-of-Customer research conducted earlier this year by Synactive Inc.

GuiXT is a technology that provides user interface customization solutions to SAP applications. GuiXT is integrated with the SAP GUI environment, which enables customers to tailor SAP transaction screens to the narrower requirements of specific jobs within their organization while leaving essential SAP coding untouched. Although SAP is a very powerful ERP system, the “do-everything” SAP transactions can be overwhelming for the majority of users. This creates confusion and frustration that ultimately leads to adverse business consequences. SAP interface complexity and navigation challenges impede an organization’s ability to obtain an accurate timing on their ROI when implementing or upgrading their SAP software.
