FTV is now available to 3.3 million homes in Japan

the president of Fashion TV, Michel Adam, announced that from December 1, 2008, FTV is now available to 3.3 million homes in Japan, on Skyperfect and Skyperfect e2 systems direct to viewers home systems.  

Fashion TV will now include the latest Japanese fashion and lifestyle reports from Japan and will broadcast them all over the world. 3.3 million homes in Japan can now receive FTV and soon there will be many more as negotiations with cable and IPTV operators continue.
Viewers will be able to experience FTV directly in their living rooms, gyms, hair salons, clubs and cafes. Fascinating non-stop reports about fashion, models, photographers, parties and lifestyle from all over the world.

In the next few months, FTV plans to launch a special high-definition version of FTV for Japan. Japan represents a major market that loves fashion and high brands, the 3.3 million homes that now see FTV via Skyperfect are demographically the most advanced and internationally minded from the Japanese viewing public and will surely embrace FTV in Japan.
