Affordable Luxury Rentals Now Available With Debut of The Summit at City Center in White Plains, NY

Monthly rents including utilities range from $1,422 to $1,777 for a studio; $1,626 to $2,032 for a one-bedroom apartment; and $1,828 to $2,286 for a duplex two-bedroom apartment.
