Hanley Investment Group Hires John Halvorson as Sr. VP to Lead Strategic Expansion into Arizona

Halvorson most recently served as the managing director at Pacific Commercial Capital of Rancho Santa Margarita, Calif., where he specialized in advising clients on the sale and financing of commercial real estate investments across the western United States.

Halvorson has over 20 years of comprehensive experience in the commercial real estate industry and has been involved in approximately one billion dollars in commercial real estate transactions including: residential tracts, multi-family, office and retail properties. Halvorson started his career in commercial banking with Bank of America and Wells Fargo Bank and has represented or completed transactions with a diversified client base of corporations, individuals, partnerships and developers.
