Nov. 30, 2008 - PRLog -- A New Zealand Snack Food Store has just opened in Banksia, selling kiwi favourites. Chips, Buiscuits, Lollies, Chocolate, Drinks, Groceries, Flags and lots more.  

A Maori welcome for the shop is set to go ahead on the 13th of December, 4pm at the Riverene Park, Arncliffe.  A large turnout is expected at the park.

This  will be followed by the blessing of the shop, to be carried out by Archdeacon Malcolm Ilaripa from the Sydney Maori Anglican Fellowship, Church of Te Wairua Tapu, 587 Elizabeth Street, Redfern.

It's located at 280A Princes Highway Banksia and is servicing the large Pacific sland population in South Eastern Sydney.

The Shop first opened on Friday the 21st of November and has been well received by the local community.
