San Diego Pawn Shop Magazine Announces November Jewelry Edition

The San Diego Luxury Pawn Shop Report has announced its November jewelry edition, featuring coverage of a big e-bay jewelry auction for Christmas shoppers.
Nov. 27, 2008 - PRLog -- The San Diego Luxury Pawn Shop Report, an online magazine offering news, tips, and guides targeted to consumers interested in pawn shops, jewelry auctions, watch auctions, and the second-hand luxury market, has announced its November jewelry edition.

A highlight of this week’s Pawn Shop Report is coverage of a new e-bay jewelry auction being conducted by the State of Illinois. The jewelry being auctioned is valued at over $125,000 and comes from abandoned safe deposit boxes. The cache of fine jewelry is said to include diamond jewelry, gold jewelry, silver jewelry, and a wide variety of gemstone jewelry, including pieces set with pearls and rubies. The auction is open not just to Illinois residents, but anyone with internet access.

“It is getting close to Christmas now, so we wanted to make sure that our readers were aware of this auction” says Alan Blyler, managing editor of the San Diego Luxury Pawn Shop Report. “This is one e-bay jewelry auction where people are likely to find some excellent deals on jewelry, watches, and diamonds. And since it is being conducted by the State of Illinois, consumers can be ensured of getting the genuine item.”

Also included in the final November edition of the online consumer magazine are reports on the potential increase in demand for platinum jewelry in 2009, the production of new trade guide for gold and silver jewelry, a recent jewelry auction by Sotheby’s, and more.
