MONKEY MAC
Monkey Shoulder
Ginger Wine
Malt Syrup
Lemon

Method: Pour 3 parts Monkey Shoulder and 1 part ginger wine into a rocks glass.  Add a barspoon of malt syrup and stir.  Fill glass with ice and stir again.  Garnish with a twist of lemon.

OFF THE SHOULDER
Monkey Shoulder
Crème de Banane
Chambord
Krupnik Honey vodka
Lime

Method: Stir a double shot of Monkey Shoulder with 15ml of crème de banana and 15ml of Chambord in an ice-filled shaker.  Coat the inside of a chilled martini glass with Krupnik and then double strain the cocktail into the glass.  Garnish with lime zest.
