Hollywood, California – Remy Hou knows first hand about hardship, struggle and overcoming life’s obstacles. He grew up just when the Khmer Rouge War barely ended, but the aftermath of a gruesome war still remained.
Luckily an angel was watching over him as he survived landmines, flash flood, kidnapping attempts, fever, and gun violence. He was given an opportunity to start a new life in Long Beach, California. He’s now a successful fashion designer for the fabulous and famous, specialization in making custom one-off jackets.

“At any moment my life could have been cut short. The scar on my face reminds me no matter what life’s challenges face me I cant give up the fight,” says Remy.

CJ currently lives in Kansas City, Mo and is living with brain cancer. He was diagnosed with brain cancer in early June 2008. CJ’s family doesn’t have the funds to get him treatment. It was developed as a means for Lamar to focus all of his charitable efforts to make a positive impact on the lives of under-privileged children by targeting a disease that has played a significant role in his life, cancer.
Lamar lost his mother to stomach cancer and subsequently is committed to helping find a cure. Lamar is passionate about helping underprivileged and poor people who are suffering from the disease to get the treatments they so desperately need.
