Dr. Ian Magrath, International Center for Cancer Treatment

Nov. 10, 2008 - PRLog -- The ravages of disease in the third world are magnified tenfold by a significant lack of infrastructure and funds. Global non-profit organizations build relief efforts in order to address what can often be seen as overwhelming concern. Dr. Ian Magrath is the President of one such organization, the International Center for Cancer Treatment.

The INCTR is dedicated to helping to build capacity for cancer treatment and research in countries in need. They build strategies designed to lessen the suffering, limit the number of lives lost, and promote the highest quality of life for children and adults with cancer in these countries, as well as to increase the quantity and quality of cancer research throughout the world.

Dr. Magrath uses his training from the University of London to address these needs with expedience, care, and devotion to the betterment of the state of mankind. A recognized member of the British medical establishment, Dr. Magrath is a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians, and the Royal College of Pathologists. In his spare time, he enjoys classical music, history, and the study of foreign languages.
