LSBF Offers New Scholarship for Chinese Students

Oct. 22, 2008 - PRLog -- The London School of Business & Finance (LSBF) has announced the launch of a brand new full tuition scholarship opportunity available exclusively to Chinese applicants wishing to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree. The scholarship, offered in partnership with the Royal Bank of Scotland, will cover all tuition fees for highly qualified professionals, entrepreneurs and business leaders from the People’s Republic of China, and will aim at bridging international boundaries by providing Chinese business professionals with an opportunity to study a globally recognised degree in one of the world’s financial centres.

Demonstrating LSBF’s commitment to international business, the Royal Bank of Scotland International Scholarship is highly selective, and is only limited to students who demonstrate an excellent academic record, high level of English proficiency, exceptional work experience, and a commitment to the development of international business.

Two full tuition scholarships will be awarded during the 2008/2009 academic year, one in each intake. With over £1.6 million in scholarship funding awarded to students in 2007, LSBF is committed to providing students with an opportunity to pursue postgraduate education regardless of their financial standing.

The MBA programme taught at LSBF is awarded by the Grenoble Graduate School of Business (GGSB), ranked among the top 50 schools in Europe by the Economist, and is taught in English by industry leading professionals and academics. “The Royal Bank of Scotland International Scholarship is an exciting venture for LSBF and the Royal Bank of Scotland” says Aaron Etingen, LSBF Chief Executive Officer, adding that “it is a way to provide students from China with a tremendous opportunity to study in the city of London, obtain a prestigious globally recognised degree, and gain a competitive advantage in the global business market”.
