PRLog -- Leonie M. Short is a senior lecturer in oral health therapy at the School of Dentistry at Griffith University, one of Australia's most innovative tertiary institutions and one of the Asia-Pacific region's most influential universities. She has been in this capacity since 2003 and is depended on to share her expertise on dental hygiene with more than one hundred students and to instruct students on research, ethics and dental hygienist practices. Ms. Short is an experienced researcher and has travelled extensively to conduct studies on a range of related issues. She also provides consultancy to several health and community organizations, is an esteemed member of the DOHT, and acts as director for the ADC. Ms. Short has wide ranging experience in dental education and is well known and highly regarded for her proficiency and professionalism. She is equally admired for her active philanthropic profile within the community and support of drug and alcohol rehabilitation centers. Ms. Short uses her time off campus to enjoy her favorite activities; reading, swimming, boating, gardening and family outings.
