PRLog -- Erma Peria Anderson is an assistant director of nursing at the Good Samaritan Society of Indianola, a Christian social ministry organization that provides services for seniors such as assisted living, skilled nursing, rehabilitation and home care. Erma has been in this capacity since 1997 and is depended on to oversee the nursing staff, provide clerical services such as chart analysis and documentation, watch over lab procedures and ensure quality patient service. Erma, a licensed RN, completed the nursing program at Mercy College and has more than a decade of experience in healthcare and rehabilitation. She is an esteemed member of the NRDC and is widely admired for her proficiency and professionalism. She credits her success to hard work and ambition and aspires to continued growth, both in her profession and within the company. Erma is equally enthusiastic about community service and maintains an active philanthropic profile. In her spare time, she enjoys basket-weaving, travel and family activities.
