London’s first ever snow and music festival strengthens LG’s corporate sponsorship portfolio
LG further enhances its brand visibility with the sponsorship of Freesports on 4 FREEZE
Following on from several prestigious sponsorship announcements in 2008 including London Fashion Week and the LG Arena, this event will further boost brand visibility for LG in the UK, and more importantly, position consumer experience at the heart of its brand identity through memorable experiences.
Kicking off the northern hemisphere winter season in style, the Freesports on 4 FREEZE, sponsored by LG event brings together London’s coolest, at a world class and inspiring event. The FREEZE incorporates the LG FIS (International Ski Federation) World Cup, where valuable qualifying points for the Vancouver 2010 Winter Olympics will be up for grabs. Also, the four day festival has a 7,000 + auditorium which will feature a line-up of the best in live music available in the UK. The headline acts for the event have been confirmed as Cypress Hill, The Enemy, The Automatic and Reverend and the Makers, who will be performing alongside some of the UK’s newest and coolest bands.
The event will be the only chance in the UK to see world class snowboarders such as LG sponsored UK champion rider, Dan Wakeham, taking to the real snow slopes and showing fans just how good they are.

LG is also offering the rider at each regional event who demonstrates the best Big Air style and skill the opportunity to win an all-expenses paid trip to London to ride alongside professionals at the Air Bag Invitational Finals at the FSO4 FREEZE.
