Wal-mart Store Manager Bans Book From Store And Violates Employees Human Rights

As of October 14, 2008, the store manager at store # 5129, 6210 Annapolis Road Landover Hills, MD 20784 (301) 773-7848, has taken it upon himself to ban the book, "WAL-MART EXPOSED: The Evil Within, from being read in his store by employees.

Oct. 15, 2008 - PRLog -- As the controversy continues around this new book, WAL-MART EXPOSED: The Evil Within by Maryland author, Frederick A. Murphy it seems to has taken a new twist.  It has been stated by known sources that the store manager has threatened to termainate any employee who is caught reading or carrying this book.  Once again, Wal-Mart has taken the low-road to try to threaten it's employees by violating their right to be able to read whatever they like, where ever they like.  Disallowing them to do that is a breach of their human rights.  In other words, he has made it clear that he doesn't give a damn about the rights of any of his employees and if he feels that way, just imagine how the entire Wal-Mart Corporation feels.
As stated by author Frederick A. Murphy, "It really doesn't matter what Wal-Mart tries to do to stifle my voice, nor on what level they try to do it.  My voice is not the voice of one, but the voices of many.  Notes are being taken on every desperate act that Wal-Mart is attempting to hide or lie about their image.  Unless they make an attempt to show a complete and positive change toward employees and customers, then the books will continue to be written and published.  If there are no longer any mean-spirited managers, or any blatant disregard toward customer complaints without remedy and no threats, harrassment, human rights violations and distrespect toward employees then I'll have nothing but postitive things to write about Wal-Mart.  But, as long as this type of behavior continues in your stores, then I'll continue to write about it.  Fix it Wal-Mart, it's better to spend money now to fix things than to have to pay later with interest.  Low prices do not equal bad treatment."
The author did state that with the numerous amount of negative publcity tht Wal-Mart continues to receive, he has already made preparations to produce another book.  After being asked about the title, he only stated, "As long as Wal-Mart abuses continue, there will always be books written about it."
