MASS Petroleum is currently acquiring several oil and gas producing assets in the Perm region of Russia. The region is well developed and holds more than 12 billion barrels of oil. The area is politically stable and has been a major oil production province since the 1950’s. For 2008, Russia is set to be the #1 producer worldwide, producing over 3.46 billion barrels per year.
MASS Petroleum’s hard assets will include multiple producing oilfields, oil storage facilities, oil tank truck fleets, numerous buildings, elevated proprietary railway facilities, and a private export pipeline distribution center.

CEO Oleg Bilinski  has over 17 years of global investment expertise and a history of success through the financing of several ventures and natural resource companies. Since 1990, he has been the President of UK International Trade Corporation. The Company’s main focus is establishing business relationships between North America and Eastern Europe. He was responsible for the formation of American Uranium Corporation (OTC BB: AUUM) formerly Alpine Resources Corporation; Geostar Mineral Corporation (OTC BB: GEOS); Chatsworth Data Solution (OTC BB: CHWD) formerly Adera Mines Limited.
In 1982 Mr. Bilinski graduated from Lviv State University, Ukraine (degree in chemistry and biology) and in 2004 completed Mining course, BCIT, Vancouver, Canada

MASS currently has acquisitions in Russia. The target acquisition is valued at $180 million USD and total production is approximately 2300 barrels/day.
