PRLog -- Gerlinde Sarkar is the director of research and planning for the College of the North Atlantic, Qatar, a high quality, student-centered, post-secondary technical institution with a commitment to technological development through partnerships with industry. Gerlinde has been in this capacity since 2006 and is depended on for strategic planning, quality assurance and in-house review. She is an expert on organizational change management and holds a Master of Business Administration degree in financing and marketing from the University of Saskatchewan. Prior to joining CAN, Gerlinde held several senior level positions within high profile organizations, where she acquired additional skills in research planning and college criteria analysis. Gerlinde is well known for her exemplary record of successfully completed projects and is widely admired for her professionalism. She is equally well regarded for her active philanthropic profile within the community and support of several charities that benefit education. Off campus, Gerlinde enjoys spending time with family, travel and reading.
