You can employee to exercise leadership, but the need to exercise such leadership depends on the size of the authority granted to you and the independence of the position he occupied and allowed you to do. We all exercise leadership on a daily basis if not around the clock. After all, when dealing with people from diverse cultures, or multiple nationality, or persons of various battles we see at work, you have to be skilled in the movement pattern of other leadership styles. To help you understand the process of leadership, and leadership differences between the multiple patterns, and how it can be employed, we will first definition, hit and examples of leadership, then expand the concept.

What is leadership?

Simple words, leadership is in the process of influencing people and directing them to complete the goal. When the initiative organized a group of friends or colleagues at work to collect donations to help the needy, or to spend weekends with each other, or for processing of a simple ceremony fellows, in these cases you will look commander.
