Sept. 28, 2008 - PRLog -- Soiree Special Events and The Dandelion Patch announced the creation of a new wedding event planning company, Wish Special Events.  Wish provides engaged couples access to an extensive range of resources through a team of experienced planners and a network of metropolitan DC’s most reputable wedding vendors.  

Wish Special Events emerges as a sister company to The Dandelion Patch’s two retail stores in Vienna, Va. and Reston, Va.   DC bridal experts Heidi Kallett and Laura Auer co-founded Wish out of a desire to help more betrothed couples make their wedding wishes a reality.  Kallett joins Wish from her role as owner of The Dandelion Patch and will help position the company for long-term success.   Formerly the founder and owner of Soiree Special Events - a successful wedding planning firm - Auer will serve as President of Wish Special Events and will be responsible for managing its day-to-day operations.
