Randall Jones is a managing partner of Harrison, Kemp, Jones & Coulthard, LLP, a highly-diversified litigation practice that provides legal expertise in complex commercial and personal injury through all levels of the appellate court system including the United States Supreme Court. Mr. Jones was admitted to the Nevada State Bar in 1981 after completing his post graduate studies at the California Western School of Law, from which he earned a J.D. in law. His primary area of practice is in commercial litigation, residential construction defect litigation, class actions, real estate law, insurance law, catastrophic injury and wrongful death actions. Mr. Jones has argued in county, state and federal courts. He was named Trial Lawyer of the Year in 1998, is listed in the Best Lawyers In America and was named as one of the Top 75 Mountain States Super Lawyers by Chambers USA. Mr. Jones is an accomplished civil arbitrator and mediator, esteemed by the American Arbitration Association and on the committee of the Nevada Law Foundation. He has also acted as a trustee for the California Western School of Law and as a board member of the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, Boyd School of Law. Mr. Jones is highly regarded for his expertise and professionalism and credits his success to hard work and perseverance. These qualities are equally evident in his personal undertakings. Mr. Jones assumes an active role within the community and supports several charities that benefit the underprivileged. In his spare time, he enjoys reading, travel and family activities.
