NewRoads Distribution, LLC Uses Technology To Create A Great Customer Experience.

Sept. 17, 2008 - PRLog -- Since opening the company has launched a new website www.NewRoadsWhse.com.  The website was created to enhance the customer on-line experience, with easy navigation, crisp graphics, and time saving features. One of which is labeled “Fast Quote”, a webpage dedicated to the customer that is just looking for the price to store materials in the warehouse. The customer fills out the form, it is instantly e-mailed to the operations staff and they will promptly reply with a quote.  

The website also offers a customer portal. The customer can simply login and receive “real-time” reports on their inventory, orders, parts lists, and even invoices. This feature also saves an enormous amount of time, and gives the customers more control of their own inventory, shipments, and billing.
Along with the creation of the website, NewRoads Distribution, LLC selected Traker Systems as their warehouse management system. Traker Systems software is design to help public and commercial warehouse keep their inventory organized, manage warehouse space, and assist in all forms of reporting and billing.

The NewRoads Distribution center and warehouse is ideally situated, located at 251 Calef Highway (Route 125), Lee, New Hampshire. The facility is minutes from Route 101 and Interstate 93. It is within an hour of population centers, Nashua, Manchester, Portsmouth, and Concord.
