The Next World's Strongest Man Uses The World's Strongest Supplements
AST Sports Science is eager to watch Brian Shaw compete at the World's Strongest Man Competition
By: Robyn Hansen
Shaw is one of the youngest strongman athletes in the world. After playing college basketball Shaw took weight lifting to the next level and was surprised to see how fast he could make gains. Brian Shaw made strongman history after turning pro in only seven months, while it takes most men many years and even decades. Shaw trains hard and sometimes takes his training outside of the gym with thousand pound tires, atlas stones, and even cars. Shaw reaches his incredible size by eating six to eight thousand calories a day along with taking the full line of AST Sports Science supplements.
AST Sports Science has sponsored Shaw for the past few years. Shaw takes everything from amino acids to weight gainers. Shaw states, “Each day I take micronized creatine, GL3, and VP2 whey isolate, this stack has helped me reach goals I never thought possible.” Shaw continues to grow and exceed goals and expectations of himself and those around him. AST is proud of the hard work Shaw has put into achieving his goals. VP of AST Sports Science, Denise Pedersen, states “Brian is living proof that AST provides athletes with the highest quality supplements on the market. Brian has made incredible gains in the past year and we look forward to watching him continue in his success.”
Brian Shaw will be competing in the 31st annual World's Strongest Man Competition in Charleston, West Virginia on September 6th, 2008.
