PRLog -- My name is Gloria Clark and I am a native of Buffalo , New York and I have just been published. My first book entitled When Half of Your Heart Dies was published in 2004. I have since written a children's book entitled The Little Candy-Breathing Dragons. This book is about two little sister dragons who are very unique in two ways. Firstly, they are unique because instead of breathing fire as most dragons do, they breathe out delightful candy scents which can be savored for miles and miles. Secondly, they are unique because they come from a place called Buffalo, the land of ice and snow. One day after a day of merriment, the two little sister dragons named Nay-Nay and Maj decided to go exploring, so hand in hand they went, laughing and singing and breathing out that delightful smell of candy canes and gumdrops, the things we love so well. As they travel thru the land, they meet many strange but interesting characters along the way. They be-friend a little puppy dog who has no feet. They help Munchkin the honey bear find his way again after getting "really turned around". Mrs. Pookie the blind kitty cat was saved by Nay-Nay and Maj and Butchie the deer was pulled out of the well by the little dragons. If you follow them on their journey, you will discover what words of wisdom they gave to Dig, the big dragon from another universe. The Little Candy Breathing Dragons teaches children a valuable lesson about the importance of being kind and obedient and to help others when you can. There is also a lesson to be learned about accepting others the way they are. This book is also loaded with beautiful, colorful illustrations which children will love. It was inspired by my two granddaughters who encourage my creativity.
