Aug. 22, 2008 - PRLog -- A new blog about Parkinson’s Disease has been announced by owner, Karen Janos.  The blog is called Parkinson’s Disease- the Journey to a Cure and can be accessed at the following url- http://parkinsonsthejourneytoacure.blogspot.com.

The Parkinson’s blog is designed to provide information about what is being done to find a cure and better treatments for Parkinson’s.  On the blog you will find posts about research for a cure, research for improved treatments, and information about fundraising or efforts to raise awareness of Parkinson’s Disease.

The blog is targeted for people with Parkinson’s, their caregivers, and anyone in general who is interested in learning more about what is being done to end the suffering of millions of people.  It is intended to inspire hope and a feeling of purpose for those who face Parkinson’s each and every day.  Whether the person is a patient, caregiver, concerned loved one or just a friend of someone affected by Parkinson’s this is the blog for them.

Ms. Janos is passionate about finding a cure and better treatments because her mother has Parkinson’s.  Watching the strength and courage that her mom displays each and every day as she fights to maintain her freedom inspired her to action.  Ms. Janos is an active member of Team Fox, the volunteer fundraising arm of the Michael J.
