Thoroughly Modern Millie!

Aug. 18, 2008 - PRLog -- Thoroughly Modern Millie is a high-spirited musical romp that has everyone dancing the Charleston. It’s the zany new 1920s musical that took Broadway and San Diego by storm! Based on the popular movie, the stage version of Thoroughly Modern Millie includes a full score of new songs and bright dance numbers. Come with Millie as she experiences New York for the first time in 1922 and searches for a new life for herself. It’s crazy fun, it’s frisky flappers, it’s Thoroughly Modern Millie.

Thoroughly Modern Millie is part of the spectacular 2008 CCT season of shows. Show dates are August 21, 22, 23, 28, 29 & 30 @ 7:00pm, and August 23, 24 & 31 @ 2:00pm. The rest of the season includes Forever Plaid (June 13-July 6), Senior Follies (July 10-20), Alice (July 31-August 10), Hello, Dolly! (October 3-October 12), and our annual Traditions of Christmas (December 11-23). All shows will be at the East County Performing Arts Center in El Cajon with the exception of Forever Plaid, which will be held on the rooftop of the luxurious Westgate Hotel in downtown San Diego.
