George (Georgio) Naidas, Greek reality TV star, dies in a tragic motorcycle accident

Aug. 11, 2008 - PRLog -- George Naidas, actor, dies in a tragic motorcycle accident at the age of 34 on the island of Naxos in Greece. A man full of life with an amazing presence, he was loved by both the Greek and American community. In 2005, Naidas traveled to Seattle, Washington to pursue his dream of acting. Shortly after his arrival, he met fellow Greek actor/musician Paul Proios. This friendship lead to an opportunity for Naidas to appear in his first and only American movie: award-winning indie film GPS the Movie.

In Greece, Naidas was most famous for his role as the rebellious, fun guy in the hit reality TV series "Bar."  In America, Naidas was famous with the locals for his winning personality, talent, and big heart.

Friends and family are feeling the loss of a dear friend and energetic, fearless actor whose enthusiasm enlivened others.
