Chaffey Homes Goes Vertical at Almarte in Carefree, Ariz.

Aug. 1, 2008 - PRLog -- Carefree, Ariz. –  Chaffey Homes, a luxury home builder based out of Kirkland, Wash., announced today that construction is underway at Almarte, the high-amenity town home community in Carefree, Arizona.

Located near the intersection of Hum and Cave Creek roads in Carefree, Almarte consists of six different floor plans ranging in size from 1,600 – 3,900 square feet. Each southwestern-style bungalow features distinguishable characteristics like natural stone flooring, chef grade appliances, and slab granite countertops.  When completed, the entire community will offer only 24 homes with single and two-story floor plans, including an elevator option.

Framing on Almarte’s model home will be completed this month. The project is divided into two phases; phase I has four buildings (eight units), and phase II has eight buildings (sixteen units).

The model will be open for viewing in early March 2009 when a series of grand opening events will occur at the community.
