Ezic Upgrades Scriptable Reporting Interface

Ezic's Scriptable Reporting Interface allows Merchants to query Ezic's secure database for payment and subscription records on demand, through an easy-to-use network API.

The API complements Web-based, real-time reporting features by making Detail Records available in a machine-parsable format. Access controls enable Merchants to selectively grant API access to third parties, such as Affiliate management partners.

The Scriptable Reporting Interface now includes additional response fields that allow Merchants to access transaction data with more ease and efficiency. Chargeback and retrieval request data can now be downloaded and organized by the chargeback reporting or posting date. Even when backdated, newly reported chargebacks will not be missed.

Merchants now have the ability to access shipping name and address details through the Scriptable Reporting Interface as well. A processor response field has also been added, enabling Merchants to identify the processor and Merchant account used to settle a transaction. This will be especially useful to Merchants using Ezic load balancing and multi-processor accounts.

Significant improvements have been made to Ezic's Chargeback LookoutTM reports as well. Summary statistics are broken out by day and card issuer, enabling Merchants to receive a more detailed view of their chargeback data.

Ezic's comprehensive reporting system allows clients to choose from over 100 one-click, standard reports or option-based custom reporting. Real-time transaction data is automatically presented in graphs for quick assessment and easily downloadable for custom analysis.
