Kairos Development Sponsors ULI Atlanta's Excellence in Decelopment Awards

Development of Excellence awards are given to projects that are exceptional examples of good development. Winners will be announced at the Urban Land Institute’s awards banquet held at the Georgia Aquarium on September 18, 2008 from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.

The exciting event brings together the “Who's Who” of Atlanta real estate to recognize the most outstanding development projects within the Atlanta District Council. Distinguished leaders and personal achievements will also be honored through the Dan Sweat Community Leadership Award and the Frank Carter Community Achievement Award.

ULI Atlanta advances responsible land use policy and real estate development practice throughout greater Atlanta. The nonprofit group is supported by its members.  They examine land use issues, impartially report their findings and convene forums to find solutions to complex land use problems.
