Wal-Mart Tops in Customer Service

A recent survey of Canadian consumers had Wal-Mart topping the list of companies with the best customer service.

While, most consumers complain about bad customer service, this should not be generalized for all operations. There are companies that have earned reputations for having astounding customer service.

In a recent survey, over 1,400 Canadians were asked “Which company do you think has the best customer service?”

While there were a variety of responses, 8.4% of those surveyed could not indicate a company that they felt offered the best customer service.

Although there was no clear leader, Wal-Mart was a popular response with 4.5%. This was followed closely by Sears (2.7%), Nordstorm (2.5%), and Costco (2.4%).
