Dharma Subhashita announces discourse on “Meditations to Realize Our True Nature”

July 22, 2008 - PRLog -- The sun-like true nature of our mind is obscured by the cloud-like mental impurities. When we clear away these clouds of defilements, the sunshine of Bodhi pervades the space-like expanse of our sphere of experience. Various techniques of meditation are found in Buddhist teachings towards this goal. We will explore these different methods of meditation, ranging from the most common meditation on breathing, to the highest meditation of the union of compassion and wisdom.
