The competition will take place on the beach just north of the Golden Sands Motel and will include such events as Run-Swim-Run, relays, Beach Flags, Paddle Board, Land Line and a Beach run.  This is a great opportunity for the lifeguards to demonstrate their abilities in the water while competing against other professional lifeguards.
