Red Bull Big Tune Beat Battle Selects 1st Female Contestant

June 23, 2008 - PRLog -- EQ, originally from Westbury, New York began producing in the summer of 2006 when her then boyfriend, now husband and co-Executive Producer “Desiac” introduced her to music production.  Since that introduction EQ has taken the Houston underground music scene by storm with her versatile production style.  Using MySpace as a platform, EQ has made her presence known across the country by gaining fans and co-collaborators alike.  She has worked with artists in all genres of music and has helped to propel the idea that the next hottest thing in music may be a female producer.  
For her attributes, EQ will battle against eleven of Houston’s hottest producers in the Red Bull Big Tune Battle.  The event will take place at Club Venue at 719 Main Street in downtown Houston.  Doors open at 8:30pm, 21 and up.  Cost is $5 dollars or RSVP at http://www.redbullbigtune.com for free admission.
