Xceed Chairs IAOP North Africa Chapter

June 3, 2008 - PRLog -- The first annual International Association of Outsourcing Professionals (IAOP) North Africa Chapter meeting will be held in the Smart Village Pavilion on June 2nd, at 4:00 PM.  Xceed is the founder of the North Africa Chapter which is chaired by Ossama Nazmi, Vice President of Marketing and Business Development. Xceed plans on having at least two meetings a year, the goal of the chapter is to provide networking and educational opportunities for BPO industry leaders, who share the same professional long term business goals. Xceed is a Corporate Member IAOP, which as proven very beneficial.  

During this meeting, Dr. Adel Danish, Xceed CEO, will discuss the future of global sourcing and sheds the light on the next generation of outsourcing: Smartsourcing. Dr. Danish commented “The next wave of strong competitive IT destinations is upon us – Smartsourcing. This chapter meeting will provide an opportunity to connect, inform and enlighten the great minds and companies within the industry, which provides strengths and value proposition."  Dr. Danish will also review how the Smartsourcing Strategies create a much more intimate relationship between the organization and its service partner, allowing organizations to focus on their most critical areas of differentiation and customer value, while also achieving high levels of innovation in noncore operations.

The North Africa Chapter taps into the challenges which industry leader’s face and has a mission of providing key tips on how to achieve success. The chapter also provides awareness about recent BPO trends, offers opportunities to exchange experiences, and highlights the success stories of outsourcing professionals globally. Each Chapter is led by a Corporate Member of IAOP working in close coordination with the Association’s Senior Managing Director. Chapter Meetings are held at least twice a year and Chapter Chairs meet at IAOP events and through conference calls to exchange experiences and knoweodge about their feilds of expertize and their Chapters.
