Jobreel Brings Rich Media To Online Recruitment

Online photo galleries engage job-seekers while communicating company culture.

May 25, 2008 - PRLog -- Sydney -- Jobreel (http://jobreel.com.au) today announced the addition of photo galleries to their online technology recruitment service. Employers can now communicate their company culture and reach out to potential employees with photos of their workplace, products and team.

Jobreel services selective Australian technology employers and talent. It requires advertisers to name the employing company, ruling out many recruitment agency ads. "Great technologists care a lot about where they work and are not short of choice," says Alex North, co-founder. "Jobreel's advertisers show they care enough about who they employ to manage their own recruitment."

Jobreel is the first online recruiting service in Australia to provide a photo gallery facility. "We're glad to be bringing a little bit of web goodness to the  recruitment process," says North. "Online recruitment has failed to take advantage of the rich web medium and until now has not provided much value to talented job-seekers."

Jobreel launched in February 2008 and advertising is currently free of charge.
