May 15, 2008 - PRLog -- Running the gamut of rock style, FUGITIVE KIND is a tightly wound free-for-all, lead by powerhouse vocals from front-woman Lydia Marsala that has drawn comparisons to everyone from Queens of the Stone Age to The Pretenders to Muse to The Gossip.

In recent weeks FUGITIVE KIND has received its first taste of the national spotlight, as their 2008 "Break Now EP" (produced by Ed Stasium, of Ramones fame) spent the past 6 weeks on the CMJ charts, catching spins on 300+ stations nationwide, resulting in sponsorships from Cardboard Robot Clothing, and Knucklehead guitar strings. In August/September, FUGITIVE KIND's first full length will be released on Castor.Pollux Records and will be promoted nationally.

Fresh from their first national tour, supporting their CMJ charting "Break Now" EP, Boston heroes FUGITIVE KIND will be bringing their brand of futuristic indie-rock to the Middle East, for an all-ages show on Saturday May 17th! Part of the New England Punk, Goth and Metal festival.
