By: Pharma Supply Moreover, Pharma has filed a Counterclaim against DDI alleging that DDI engaged in false advertising and unfair trade practices by representing to the public that certain of its "Prodigy" brand blood glucose meters, including the "Autocode" and "Voice," were approved by the FDA at a time when, in fact, they were not. Pharma alleges that these misrepresentations were misleading to the public and harmful to Pharma, and has requested an award of monetary damages. End
