DSS Goes Live In Record Time

May 12, 2008 - PRLog -- This implementation took place in the UAE where DSS has established a 3PL business to accommodate its customers. DSS is currently using SSA WM 1000 to manage their Less Than Container Load (LCL), Full Container Load (FCL) freight forwarding and 3PL businesses.

The changes applied by the SNS technical consultants have enabled the SSA Warehouse Management System to managing the freight forwarding business in a minimal development and implementation time, thus reinforcing inventory visibility, order accuracy and order cycle time.

The SRIM is characterized by a full analysis of the warehouse operation and the development of a standard operating procedures document based on the best practices available in the supply chain industry.
