VoiceStream UK accquires stake in Helios Outsourcing (www.heliosoutsourcing.com)

Scotland based VoiceStream Group has acquired a 75% stake in India based Helios Outsourcing in a move to control outsourced business across numerous call centres in India with a $3mn investment plan.
