Immediate Orthopedic Care Now Open

May 6, 2008 - PRLog -- Because injuries don’t happen by appointment, Barrington Orthopedic Specialists is proud to announce the opening of Immediate Orthopedic Care.  Located in the Hoffman Estates office at 1030 W. Higgins Road, Immediate Orthopedic meets the needs of patients with minor musculoskeletal injuries on the day of injury.  The walk-in center is staffed by licensed providers experienced in orthopedics who work in tandem with Barrington Orthopedics’ surgeons.  A full spectrum of casting and x-ray services are also available.

   The walk-in center is open from 6:00pm-10:00pm Monday through Friday and from 12:00pm-4:00pm on Saturdays.  “We are pleased to offer this new and unique service to the community,” states Thomas Flood, CEO.  “It gives people the opportunity to see orthopedic providers directly and bypass lengthy waiting times in the ER.  We only treat sprains, strains, and fractures… specialized care for orthopedic injuries,” states Flood.
