Hollywood Unlocks The Mysteries Of The Universe: “UFOs, Magic And Mysticism In Hollywood”

Jordan Maxwell, Jay Weidner, Whitley Strieber Dr. Roger Leir, and others gather in Los Angeles on May 17th to discuss the characterizatons of aliens through Hollywood Cinema contrasted with real life experience and evidence.

May 1, 2008 - PRLog -- A plethora of rare appearances will take place on Saturday May 17th as Jordan Maxwell, pre-eminent researcher and scholar in the areas of the origins of major world religions secret societies, occult philosophies and UFOs leads the gathering at The Beverly Garland in Universal City. A leading figure in the movement to uncover alternative knowledge about the origins and secrets of the universe since he began his research in North Hollywood 49 years ago, he is making a rare public appearance. He largely went underground about five years ago, following threats against his life by operatives who wanted certain secrets about their activities to remain secret. Maxwell emerged with a brief in-person appearance at the recent 2012 Conference in Hollywood, where he caused a sensation and an immediate demand to see and hear more from him.

The alternative documentary “Zeitgeist” (an Internet phenomenon with 15,000,000 hits) features many of Maxwell’s ideas on the world that was, the world that is, and the world that’s coming. He’ll now offer new findings in person.

The panel will also include:
Jay Weidner, author, scholar, filmmaker, producer of the documentaries “2012: The Odyssey” and “Timewave 2013,” and director of “Secrets of Alchemy: The Great Cross and the End of Time.” He’s been called a modern day Indiana Jones;

Whitley Strieber, author of the bestselling book “Communion” (itself adapted into a Hollywood film) and of other books dealing with alien visitors to our planet;

Dr. Roger Leir, a surgeon reputed to have extracted alien implants from ten reported former UFO abductees.

Plus surprise guests.
Producing the event is Sacred Mysteries Live, the group behind the recent sold-out 2012 Conference. The May 17 event is the first in what is projected to be a quarterly series of extraordinary speakers.

The event takes place at The Beverly Garland Hotel Grand Ballroom, 4222 Vineland Ave., Universal City, CA 91602 on Saturday, May 17, 2008 at 7:30 p.m. Doors open at 7 p.m. Tickets are $49 in advance, $65 at the door. Group rates are available upon request.

At least as far back as Jules Verne, popular culture has preceded technology in discoveries that pierce the unknown. Hollywood has cast aliens as benign (Speilberg’s “Close Encounters of the Third Kind,” Robert Wise’s “The Day The Earth Stood Still”) and malevolent (“The War of the Worlds” by Spielberg [again] and by George Pal, “Independence Day” by Roland Emmerich). Humanity has been impacted by alchemy in forms both ancient (Boorman’s “Excalibur,” Turteltaub’s “National Treasure”) and modern (Favreau’s “Iron Man,” Singer’s “Superman Returns”).

Explore the clues in Hollywood cinema and popular culture to revelation long sought to the mysterious knowledge that man has pursued throughout the centuries. Join the quest with our panel. It’s too much fun to leave to the aliens alone.
