Artist Bio:

Dutch-American artist Luc Leestemaker returns to Madison Gallery, with an exhibition titled “Earth Songs.”  Blending the brushstrokes, of 17th Century Dutch and British painters, and the long landscape tradition of his native country, with abstract compositions of the next generation American Abstract Expressionism, Leestemaker’s work evokes a surreal sense of familiarity and comfort.

The artist will be present at the opening reception to greet collectors, talk about his work, and sign copies of his latest 250 page hardcover book, published by Skylark Press.
