Matthew Schiff Joins Cook & Schmid

April 15, 2008 - PRLog -- Cook & Schmid has hired Matthew Schiff to oversee several of the firm’s accounts including Bark Beetle, General Imaging, the worldwide exclusive licensee of GE digital cameras, San Bernardino Registrar of Voters and San Bernardino County of Administrators. Schiff will also be responsible for identifying and engaging new business opportunities in an effort to not only grow the business but to diversify the client mix as well.

Schiff comes to Cook & Schmid with over 11 years of experience on both the client and agency-side in industries such as: hospitality and gaming, legal, financial services, travel/tourism and non-profit. Additionally, Schiff owned and operated his own boutique marketing firm in Reno, NV, Gray Matter Advertising & Design. He and his staff exceeded the expectations of their clients by producing highly effective, measurable and cost-effective marketing campaigns.

More recently, Schiff worked for a local, top 25 mortgage lender and was the architect of the organization’s re-branding campaign at the onset of the refinance boom—generating over $50,000 in free press within the first six months of the campaign and increasing loan locks by 30% from the previous year.
